Chocolate truffles

Enjoy these homemade creamy truffles in a matter of minutes and you only need two ingredients!





INGREDIENTS 

- condensed milk ( 1 can )

- cacao powder ( 320g )

-hot water ( 1 cup )

 STEPS 

1) Empty the can of condensed milk and cook it on medium heat.

2) Take it off from the stove and add in 50g of the cacao powder and mix well. Add in 50g at a time until the mixture is slightly thick and can be molded in your hands. Set aside.

3) Take a baking pan and line it with cling film. Add the mixture in and spread evenly.

4) Put it in the fridge for 2 hrs.

5) Prepare the counter by sprinkling cacao powder evenly. Remove the now solid mixture on to the powdered counter top and sprinkle with cacao powder.

6) Heat your knife with the help of the hot water in order to cut through the chocolate truffle easily. Cut into bite size pieces, round them and sprinkle with cacao powder.


TIME TAKEN 

- 20 mins + 2 hours resting time.

There you go! enjoy you fresh chocolate truffles as dessert or during tea time!
