4 DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOUP

A good hearty soup can bring anyone's mood up. A warm bowl of soup can be as comforting as it is nutritious. Not only can a cup of soup serve as a starter in a multi-course meal, but it can be paired with a salad, making it a fast and nutritious meal by itself.
HOT AND SOUR SOUP

-Stir fry 2 tbs of chopped garlic, 2 tsp of minced garlic and 2 tsp of chopped chilies at high flame.
-Then add in 2 tbs of chopped spring onions and fry till it softens.
-Then add 1 finely chopped carrot, 3 tbs of finely chopped cabbage, half a finely chopped capsicum, and five finely chopped beans.
-Stir fry them until cooked and then add in 4 cups of water.
-Boil for 3 mins before adding in 2 tbs of soy sauce, 2 tbs of vinegar, 1 tbs of chili sauce, half a tsp of sugar and salt.
-Bring it to a boil. In a small bowl mix 2 tbs of corn starch or flour in 1/4 cup of water and put it into the pot.
-Bring to a boil until it thickens, top it with some chopped spring onions and serve.
CARROT AND GINGER, healthy soup

-Stir fry 2 tbs of minced ginger in a pan until aromatic and then add in half a chopped onion, saute it well till it softens.
-Add in 3 chopped carrots and stir for 2 mins. Put in 2 1/2 cups of water and one tsp of salt.
-Cover and boil till soft. Let it cool a little bit before draining it ( save the water in a bowl ) and putting it into a food processor.
-After processing it, put it back in the pan and add in pepper and the saved water, mix and stir for 2 mins before serving it garnished with coriander and pumpkin or sunflower seeds, they also go very well with toast bread.
CABBAGE SOUP, for weight loss

-Fry 1 tbs of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic in 2 tbs of olive oil until aromatic.
-Add in 2 cups of cabbage,1 grated carrot, half a sliced capsicum and stir fry for 2 mins.
-Add in 1 tsp of salt and 4 cups of water. Let it boil for 2 mins. in a separate bowl mix in 1/4 cups of water with 2 tbs of corn starch or flour until there are no lumps and mix it into the soup.
-Boil for another 2 mins before garnishing with coriander and pepper and serving it.
LEMON CORIANDER SOUP rich in vitamin C

-Stir fry 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of minced ginger and half a chopped onion.
- After sauteing them add in chopped long pieced of carrot and 1 cup of cabbage and saute them further.
-After cooking the carrot add in 3 cups of water and 3 tbs of lemon juice, 1 tsp of salt.
-In a separate bowl mix in 1/4 bowl of water and 2 tbs of corn starch or flour and mix it into the soup.
-Boil for 2 mins and serve with pepper and coriander on top.
There you go~ warm hearty soup to fill your stomach. <3
